Will my existing stock data be moved over?
Yes. We import your existing item master, batches, expiry dates and pricing from your current software — including older DOS and FoxPro systems — before you go live. You start with your real catalogue, not an empty one.
Does it work if my internet goes down?
Billing keeps working through a short outage and syncs once the connection returns. For shops with unreliable connectivity we set up a local fallback so the counter is never blocked.
Is the Schedule H1 and narcotic register handled automatically?
Yes. Schedule H1 and narcotic entries are recorded as you bill, with prescriber and patient details captured at the counter. The registers print in an inspector-ready format whenever you need them.
How long does setup take?
Most shops are live within a week. We handle the data migration and train your staff on your own counter — you don't need any technical knowledge.
Can I use it for more than one branch?
Yes. Multiple branches run from one cloud dashboard, each with its own stock, with combined reporting across all of them.
Does it price loose tablet sales correctly?
Yes — and this matters more than it sounds. If a strip of 10 costs ₹30.45, selling one tablet should bill ₹3.05, not ₹30.45. MediVision AI stores the pack size for every item, so single-unit sales price correctly instead of overcharging the customer.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your shop size, number of counters and branches, so we quote after a short demo — you only pay for what you use. Pilot partners get onboarding and migration at no cost.

MediVision AI is a product of Shri Hari Creations — a Government-registered MSME technology company in Coimbatore, founded by Arvind Selvam S R, a researcher in AI and supply chain. Alongside MediVision we build practical software, run UI/UX and technology training, and publish research.
We're not a distant vendor. This was built alongside a working pharmacy counter and a wholesale distributor, so it matches how medical shops in India actually run — pack sizes, schemes, credit customers, drug inspectors and all.
